Is Bookings by Hugo free because messaging is free?
No. Bookings by Hugo is paid subscription software. Unlimited in-app direct messages are included without a separate per-message DM charge.
Does the web app require an app-store purchase?
The progressive web app installs through supported browsers. Your Bookings by Hugo subscription provides the service access; this installation method does not require an app-store purchase.
