Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Bookings by Hugo, including facility software tools, client portal features, scheduling, messaging, invoices, payment workflow support, reporting, and related services.

Use of the platform

Bookings by Hugo is intended for pet care facility operations and related client-facing workflows. Users agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, protect login credentials, and avoid interfering with platform security or availability.

Facility and client records

Facilities are responsible for the accuracy of their business settings, pricing, services, staff access, client records, pet records, vaccine records, appointment details, and operational decisions made through the platform. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, pet, booking, and care information to their facility.

SMS and MMS messaging terms

By providing a mobile phone number and consenting to SMS or MMS communication through a participating pet care facility, facility document, booking workflow, client profile, or Bookings by Hugo client portal, the recipient agrees to receive transactional and customer care text messages from Bookings by Hugo and/or the participating pet care facility.

Messages may include appointment reminders, booking updates, vaccine reminders, invoice and payment notifications, pet service status updates, pickup notices, report card notifications, photo messages, and customer care replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP. To request help, reply HELP. After opting out, the recipient may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless they opt back in where permitted.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, device settings, phone number accuracy, and other factors outside Bookings by Hugo’s control.

Payments and invoices

Bookings by Hugo may support invoice, payment, refund, account balance, wallet, and payment processor workflows. Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors connected by the facility. Facilities remain responsible for their own pricing, taxes, refund policies, charge decisions, and client-facing payment practices.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for security, compliance, maintenance, business operations, or platform improvement. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version.

Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Bookings by Hugo Privacy Policy, including the SMS and MMS privacy terms.
