Messaging Admin
Central Telnyx routing for BBH-managed SMS/MMS. Tenants do not connect OAuth or API keys. Super Admin maps company campaigns, facility numbers, wallets, and usage rates.
Company Campaign
Customer-care campaign per company. Create another campaign only if throughput, scoring, or number limits require it.
Facility Number Routing
Inbound routing is driven by the Telnyx number. Outbound texts send from the facility default number.
Facility Messaging Wallet
The facility sees balance and SMS/MMS-only estimates. Wallets are not hard SMS/MMS buckets.
